Our Cocktail Pairing Dinners are Back!

Join us the 3rd Wednesday every month for our special cocktail pairing dinners, wine pairings too. We're taking a break in February, our next dinner is Wednesday, March 17.

pork schnitzel with apple mince and ginger mustard

cocktail ~ poisoned apple: calvados, gine pommegranate and rosemary
wine ~ 2006 Bink Pinot Noir, Mendocino


dessert
pecan pie ice cream, maple pork floss and bourbon pearl

cocktail ~ one bourbon, one scotch & one beer:
american honey whiskey liquer, scotch, lemon juice, ginger beer
wine ~ NV Maduro Tawny Port, Australia
